An award in the INNOVATION 2020 competition

We are pleased to share that the "SIP" (Passenger Information System in Krakow) application project, commissioned by AMS S.A. (part of Agora S.A. Group), was recognized by the jury in the INNOVATION 2020 competition and received a BRONZE award in the service category.

 

About the "SIP" application
The Passenger Information System is an application available on the Digital Citylight AMS 75'' devices located at several bus stops in Krakow. Passengers can check in real-time the location of all buses and trams heading towards a particular stop and their next destinations. Passengers can also find out the arrival time of the next means of transport and the expected time of arrival of the next trams/buses. In addition, in case of public transportation disruptions, the application allows displaying dedicated messages or downloading them from external data sources. The back-end system also allows serving other content within the screen of the device.

The competition Innovations 2020 is organized by the Association of Marketing Communication (SAR), which brings together companies engaged in professional marketing communication. The group currently consists of 128 entities, including interactive and technological agencies, full-service agencies, media and event agencies, brand design and consulting agencies, strategic agencies, and production houses.
