Digital card for MAKRO customer

Together with MAKRO Cash & Carry Polska, we have designed an application that allows for registering a new customer along with automatic generation of a digital MAKRO card..

When visiting the rejestracja.makro.pl website and entering the NIP number by the user, the company data is retrieved from the Central Statistical Office and (optionally) from the Central Register and Information on Business Activity. In the following steps, contact information can be completed and the parent store can be selected (which has an impact on the individual marketing communication policy), and the customer can also obtain an additional discount on purchases at MAKRO stores.

The registration process is confirmed via email and the customer receives their card number the same way. After a few minutes, the customer's data along with their card number are already visible in the system. Thanks to this, the customer can practically start using the wide range of products and services, such as culinary training and workshops, online orders, and many others, right away.
